Having Trouble Logging In?

• Please read all of the following important information.
  IMPORTANT NOTE: Every time you enter your email address on this page, a NEW password is generated, so only enter your email address once.

• Step 1: Always make sure you type slowly and have caps lock turned off on your keyboard. If you think this might be the problem, return to the login page here and try again. Passwords are cAsE SEnSiTIve. Usernames are not case sensitive.
  
  
• Step 2: If you still can't login, Enter the email address used when you registered your account at the top of this page. You will be sent an email within a minute containing a new randomly generated password and your current username. Go to the Opal Auctions login page and enter the username and password exactly as they appear in the email.
  
  
• Step 3: You can change your password following this procedure:
  1. Login to your account with the new password you received from Opal Auctions
  2. Click on the "Control Panel" link near the top of the page (underneath the "Home" button)
  3. Click on "Account Settings" link on the left
  4. Enter the password you were emailed where it says "current password"
  5. Underneath that enter the your desired password, then confirm it directly below. Press the submit button at the bottom of the page. Your password has been updated.
