Cassens’ Custom Opals LLC is family owned and operated! Founded in 2021 with a vision of providing beautiful Gems, Opals, and Minerals to all at an affordable price. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! We started out mining for our own personal geodes, and from there our passion only grew. In a short time we moved from geodes, to mineral specimens, to you guessed it opal! Before we knew it opal fever had taken ahold of us both, and my wife set off to get her first cabbing machine. After years of practice, and I’ll admit accumulating maybe one too many Opals, we wanted to spread their beauty to everyone.

We ship through USPS for standard, and express services. You may also choose standard FedEx shipping (ships to Australia!) If you need special arrangements please contact me before the sale takes place. Thank you! -Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, this excludes weekends/holidays. If additional time is needed to process your order we will contact you via the information you provide. Return a product To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unaltered, undamaged, and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at cassenscustomopals@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at cassenscustomopals@gmail.com. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photo/video preferably before, and after product has been opened. Some items are fragile, and may become damaged during shipping. If this is the case a claim can be filed with the shipping office or through us. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
