All items are packed carefully and hygienically. INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. Within Australia $1.50 for the first $100 and $1.50 for every $100 thereafter. Parcels outside Australia $7.00 for the first $100 and $3.00 for every $100 thereafter. If you choose not to take insurance we cannot be held liable if the parcel gets lost or damaged in transit. We do accept returns. Please contact us before returning an item. All items to be returned undamaged in original condition via a method which has a tracking number and signature upon delivery.
