If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your opal when it arrives, you can return it for a full refund as long as it is in its original, untouched condition within seven days of receipt. Please note that once you alter or cut the rough opal in any way, it becomes yours and we cannot offer a refund or exchange. It's important to carefully consider your purchase before cutting or altering any rough opal. Please keep in mind that the images of the rough opals on our website are taken while they are wet. If you do decide to alter or cut your opal, we ask that you please refrain from leaving negative or neutral feedback. Please check out within 7 days of your first win. We can not hold your pack after you check out. Once you check out your pack will be lodged with Australia Post in the next Monday/Thursday shipping window. We ship all items every Monday and Thursday, unless it’s a holiday we will ship on the next working day. Shipping Time: Standard Shipping to the USA is running on average for 17 days. Rest of world ETA 5-55 working days depending on the service selected. The buyer is responsible for any customs/import Duty or taxes levied in the buyer's country.
