About Opal Paradise, we are an Australian and Ethiopian opal seller and cutter with cutting experience since 2006. Our opals comes directly from the mines and are 100 % natural and untreated.

General Terms & Conditions Payment By bidding on our auction, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including return policies. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the auction details is unintentional. The Payment must be completed within 3 days. Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. Buyer pays for postage. Shipment and Insurance Worldwide DHL shipping. At checkout you can choose between uninsured standard shipping or insured DHL shipping. Delivery time approximately 2 days to 4 weeks depending on the destination and shipping method. Your opal is safely shipped in generic padded bags or boxes. When purchasing from us, please fill in as much detail as possible. We confirm all addresses through Google Maps just to be sure. Custom, Duties and Taxes Any charges associated with customs and duties are your responsibility. If you are unsure, please check with your relevant customs agents in your country. We provide suitable documentation on all items shipped internationally. Pictures and Videos Our pictures and videos try to show the opal in its natural beauty and are taken under 5W LED lamp. Our pictures and videos are as taken and have not been worked on except for cropping. Returns If you are not happy with the opal you have received or believe it does not represent what you saw when you purchased the item, we will refund you within 30 days of purchasing. Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Just send the item back to us and we will process your refund less shipping charges and any reimport duties. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! The item must be in its original condition. The item must still be returned prior to a refund being issued.
