LIGHTNING RIDGE-THE HOME OF BLACK OPAL.
THE BACKING WE USE IS NATURAL BOULDER .
ON THE OPAL FIELD WE USUALLY VALUE A DOUBLET 10% OF A SOLID STONE.
REDDISH COLOURS ARE THE HARDEST TO FIND.
