This is David Darby from Yowah Queensland. Own and mine Brandy Gully in Yowah. Recently feature on Outback Opal Hunters on the Discovery Channel. I am second generation miner and my family has been in the business for 51 years. My father Victor Hirtl originally came from Austria in 1960's and have been out in Yowah since.
