Insanely rare patterned opal from the new Beska mine Ethiopia. The sun was blocked by the clouds for this video and photos. So you get the idea of how beautiful this piece is and look around I doubt you'll find another pattern like this on gemrock.
This new opal is highly sought after in the opal market. Some of the Beska is black and very stable compared to Estayish the previous black opal mine in Ethiopia. Koka opal is the famous blue based opal and the4re is also pink based opal found in Beska. The original Welo opal mine was names Teshey Meucha named after a small village near by in Delanta. Delanta is a small Town in Wello in Wegel Tena district. I heard it was the place to be for the epiphany (birth of Jesus).
