We offer a 100% refund if the item is not as described. The buyer is responsible for return postage. If you are not completely satisfied with your opal upon arrival, you are welcome to return it. However, please note that once the rough opal is altered or cut in any way, it becomes your property, and we cannot accommodate exchanges for altered items. We encourage you to consider your decision carefully before making any modifications. By altering your opal, you accept full ownership of the item and agree not to leave negative or neutral feedback.
