This is a massive clam shell,it is very dense, it weighs a mighty 114 carats and measures a whopping 30 x 30 x 24mm.

As you can see there are some very intersting bands in this shell and the condition for the collector is very good.

I think this has formed with the black base down and you will see this from the rings of color. There is a chance that there is a lot of color in this shell, horizontal lines of it that may go black, only you will find out if you were game enough to slice this shell.

The bands of color that you can see, once they are polished up they will be superb, its a stunning shell.

With just a tickle with your Dremel and a good polish, this will make a stunning addition to your collection.
