This rough opal was mined by our company on the East Pacific opal field of Coober Pedy Australia.

WEIGHT: 60 carats, 12 grams or 0 oz 8 dwt (troy) weighed dry.
This is are medium yield rubbed piece with a single main fire bar across the top.
This stone should cut around 12-15 carats of cabochons, up to 30 if carved.

Please check the description carefully before bidding and view your purchased rough opal wet in sunlight or in a dark room with a direct light source ie: desk lamp, down light etc. (As photographed and practiced throughout the opal industry).
