White Cerium oxide is a high Quality polishing compound used as a final polish when cutting opals. It is a refined version of the brown/pink cerium. If you haven't used Cerium Oxide before, or if you have and are still having issues getting that super primo polish on your opals check out this video for some tips and tricks.
