SEDA ROUGH OPALS
This is a untouched opal rough direct from the miner in lightning ridge. We have not rubbed it down so there is a chance of a nice stone for you to discover. You can take a gamble and face it ,keep it as a specimen or use for inlay or even some doublets. I would consider using it as a specimen in a shop window as its not east to find material like this. You could just polish the colour bar as a great mystery specimen.!
This rough mined in Lightning ridge.
This photo was taken with the stones wet.
All our stock has a money back guarantee provided its not cut/rubbed and we suggest you look at it with a loop dry before cutting
How do we value our rough?? After 30 years experience of rubbing down and cutting thousands of opal we value the rough as what we believe it will cut-However you are dealing with nature so some stones will come out worse than i expect-if you are disappointed with your experience please let us know so we may be able to rectify it.

Why are users outbidding themselves?
When a bid is placed, this is the maximum amount a user is willing to bid for the product. Our system will then automatically bid on that users behalf, incrementally increasing the bid to maintain their position as the highest bidder, up to the specified maximum.
When there is an icon indicating 'Auto Bid,' it means our system is actively placing bids for the user based on their maximum bid. This may appear as if users are outbidding themselves, but it's simply a result of the system updating the bid to reflect the users maximum limit.
