Nice stone with a much more rare base color. Like a crystal orange with a pin fire pattern which is nice looking at with a LED hand lens as the fire is hexagonal shaped in all the colors. Have had this cut stone for over 4 years now. Haven’t seen an Welo opal craze yet from this mine.
If you think you see another opal of similar quality for a cheaper price notify me right away I’ll either price match or I’ll explain why there is the discrepancy.

Tsehay Mewcha is the mines name that little one came from. It was considered very sable opal in Ethiopia and should never crack no matter how dry it gets.

Why are users outbidding themselves?
When a bid is placed, this is the maximum amount a user is willing to bid for the product. Our system will then automatically bid on that users behalf, incrementally increasing the bid to maintain their position as the highest bidder, up to the specified maximum.
When there is an icon indicating 'Auto Bid,' it means our system is actively placing bids for the user based on their maximum bid. This may appear as if users are outbidding themselves, but it's simply a result of the system updating the bid to reflect the users maximum limit.
