This is a natural untreated Boulder opal stone that has been polished with a high luster.
The price of these stones is determined by the amount and color and fire of the opal and not the weight of the ironstone-a bit like a painting as you pay for what you see.
It is well polished with a high luster.
We have included a photo of the rough from which it was cut from .The rough yielded 20 nice stones but it takes hours to Dremel and a lot of experience.
The weights and sizes are approximate.
