SEDA ROUGH OPALS PARCEL
MATRIX NUTS
This is a natural rough slab from koriot in queensland. it is found in a band near the roof and it is known by the miners as conglomerate . The ironstone nuts have precious opal embeded in the nut. The material surrounding the nut is not as hard so it can under cut when polishing. For this reason some cutters use a resin to bond it bit it must be declared when re selling.
The photo has been taken of the stone wet. They make amazing specimens.
All rough should be viewed as a bit of a gamble as its depends on your skill and some luck!
All our stock has a money back guarantee provided you dont cut /rub it.
