Here is a sweet little pair of Mintabie Rough Black Opals although the better one may be from Lightning Ridge, I made the pair up you see.

17 x 10 x 9 mm 7.5 carats and 16 x 11 x 5 mm 4.7 carats.

The longer one is weighted to one side but will make a stunning pendant as its very bright.

The shorter one is lighter but should cut 3 carats of Gem Opal. Its a very nice stone ready to be made in to a ring. Very bright, red, green, blue.
