Pendant " Snake skin "

This pendant was created and handmade by myself.

It is a one of a kind.

The pendant is done with an australian boulder opal hanging on an 18 ct gold chain.

Under the opal is hanging a very, very nice ammolite setted in fine gold (24 kt).

Ammolite is a multi-coloured gemstone derived from the fossilized, extinct marine ammonite shells.

They are found in Canada (Alberta).

Ammolite, like all gemstones, should be cared for in a gentle manner

The weight and the size of the ammolite is : 47,6 ct; 3,45 cm x 3 cm )

The weight and the size of the boulder opal: 17,7 ct; 2,1 cm x 1,3 cm )

The size of the pendant part is: 7,9 cm x 3,2 cm

The gold surface is hammered and scratched and not polished

The total gold weight ( 24 kt and 18 kt gold) is 4,19 gramms
