This ancient opalised piece of 'pipi' or cockle shell is a rare and beauiful rarity we hand mined, cut and set here in South Australia.
This genuine, natural Australian opal pendant has been made with a quality Coober Pedy (Old 15 Mile field) solid shell opal carefully set in a heavily abraded and cleaned solid 14 karat yellow gold bell cap and bail here at World Class Opal.
This quality opal is valued at $400 per carat. (1.3 carats gem opal weight)
