Gawk at my Opals presents a gorgeous Ethiopian Welo 5/5 Opal with NEON RED FIRE on a Golden Orange and Cream Base. This magnificent opal flashes of all the other colors of the rainbow as well. This is a high domed hydrophane opal that is ready to be set into a gorgeous ring or pendant. This Opal comes from the Gondar Region of Ethiopia and is one of the most beautiful pieces of material that we have ever seen. This opal comes from my private collection and I am sharing this with you as I have more than one. This opal is 5/5 in Brightness and flashes all the colors of the spectrum brilliantly with red being the predominant color. This opal is a AAAA++++ Opal. This gem weighs 4.0 carats and is being auctioned starting at $ 1.00 NR. The cutting on this opal costs in excess of several hundred dollars alone without figuring in the rough cost which is considerable.
