Gawk at my Opals presents a magnificient Ethiopian Welo 5/5 Neon Celled Hydrophane Opal with pyramid neon flashes throughout both sides. This opal is 5/5 in Brightness and flashes all the colors of the spectrum brilliantly. This opal would look beautiful as a pendant as it is a 360 degree finished opal and every direction is equally a AAAA++++ Opal. This gem weighs 4.10 carats and is being auctioned starting at $1.00 NR. I have been putting up my very best that either I have cut or that is in my Private Opal Collection. Matt and I are true opal lovers and will only offer gems that we would want ourselves. All our gems, beads and cabs are all cut from the best quality hand selected Ethiopian Welo Hydrophane Opal Rough which we secure through our mine-direct sources. Matt's faceted gems are considered the very best in the industry especially his custom faceted Welo Opal Gems. You have a rare opportunity to own our precious opals by dealing with us directly. In the past, Matt gems were offered at a much higher cost on OA. Silvana cuts and designs the cabs and bead portion of the store. Her opal cube beads and cabs are showcased on Inland Lapidary and Inland Craft Corporate Websites on the front pages as their "Featured Designer" . She also brings to 25 years of Global Purchasing, Package Development and Merchandising as a Executive Director in the Cosmetic and Accessory Industry. She has travelled throughout the world and is a US Patent Holder for her Designs.

We are an LLC and do our very best to bring you the highest quality opals with the very best personalized customer service always. It takes a lot of time, effort and money to bring you the very best. Therefore, we ask that you do not bid on our items unless you plan on following through with your purchase. We do not like giving unpaid strikes against anyone but tying up our product is inconsiderate. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase or win. Other arrangements can be made as long as they are in advance. Please do not ask us to falsify custom's documentation for avoidance of VAT or Luxury Taxes. It is your responsiblity to pay your taxes and we put the purchase price of the gems on the custom's forms without exception. Please do not ask us to put our business or reputation at risk by doing so. We wouldn't ask you to do the same if the situation was reversed. Also, we provide complimentary insurance which can only be purchased based on the purchase price of the item. We cannot purchase insurance by putting lower values on documentation. If you forego the insurance, it is your responsibility should the gems get lost or damaged. Lastly, we have been getting requests after the fact to process another person's Paypal Account for payment on an auctions that were bid by some else. We will not accept payment from anyone other than the person who bid or purchased the item. This includes family members, girlfriends, boyfriends or anyone other than the person who is on record as the purchaser of the goods. Due to fraud and keeping bookeeping records clean, there will be no exceptions. We give cash refunds and will pay for return shipping within 7 days of receipt of goods. We use an accounting firm to handle all financial transactions and it will usually take about a week once goods are returned to us in acceptable condition for the refund to appear in your Paypal or Credit Card Account. I travel extensively and will try my best to push any refund along as best as I can. Please know that you will receive your money back if dissatisfied. Please be patient.
