Beautiful Opalized Shell 24 carats REDS

This is another beautiful shell that has recently come into stock from Coober Pedy. I did not go up and get this, it was sent to me, saved me a lot of money and therefore, as is my custom, I pass that saving on to you!
This looks to be an Opalized Oyster shell or part of some large shell.
It is large, full of red, looks to be pretty clean to me and as you can see in the video, also has good color on the top. So many colors on offer here, I love them all. Its flat enough to finish on the wheel, but you carvers could also tickle this into its full beauty. As you can see, there are just a couple of spots to rub and what you do with the dome is up to you, but there is good red under the white.
It wont take much to polish this piece up. Its actually thick enough to cut a stunning cab from, but I doubt you would want to do that.
It measures 32 x 25 x 7mm and weighs a healthy 24 carats.
Left whole, it will come in at over 20 carats, a fantastic display piece for your collection or pendant, just look at all that yummy color!
