As long as the gem is received back to us unharmed,  we will gladly refund your money within 7 days of notifying us upon receipt.  We will even pay for the shipping back to us so that you see what we are offering and not cost you a penny out of pocket.

Please read our auction and buying policy before bidding on our products.  Our auctions must be paid within 3 days of date of sale.  Please do not bid on our auctions if you do not feel you can follow-through with payment.  We put a lot of time and effort into bringing you the very best we can and tying our items up with false commitments is inconsiderate.  We do not like to give anyone unpaid strikes so please try not to put us in that position by not bidding on something you can't follow-through with.  Please do not ask us to put false values on customs forms.  You are responsible for your countries VAT or Luxury Taxes.  We are a LLC and  will not compromise our business or reputation by falsifying customs forms. No exceptions.  Lastly, we will only accept payment from the bidder's Paypal Account or Credit Card Account.   Due to Fraud and to avoid bookkeeping problems,  we will not accept payment from family members, friends or anyone else other than the person who bid and won the goods.
